How To Make Philadelphia Pasta (Cream Cheese Pasta)
Here’s the step by step instructions for making Philadelphia cream cheese pasta:
Add water to a pot, let it boil then add salt and pasta, stir, and cook till it’s tender but firm. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. While the pasta is boiling, start cooking the sauce.
Place a pot on the stove on low heat. Add oil to the pan, chopped onions, and fry for 1-2 minutes before adding minced garlic.
Add Italian seasoning, paprika, onion granules, garlic powder, stock cubes, black pepper, and salt. Stir and fry for 1 minute.

Pour the Philadelphia cream cheese, add the reserved cup of pasta water, and stir. Add parmesan and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and stir to combine.

Take off the heat and serve.
