How To Make Lemon Butter Chicken Drumsticks
Prep Chicken- Clean and pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
Season- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, mixed herbs and salt.
Add the drumsticks and seasoning mix to a bowl, and pour in oil, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix till the drumsticks are evenly coated.

Bake chicken drumsticks – Arrange the drumsticks on a wire rack over an oven tray and bake in the oven at 200C/400F for 45 minutes.
The rack over tray allows the chicken drumsticks not to bake in its juice and they come out crispy.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and transfer to a bowl.

Toss Chicken in Sauce – Pour the lemon butter sauce over the chicken drumsticks and toss.
Serve and enjoy.
