How To Cook Chicken Leg Quarters In Air Fryer
Step 1- Mix paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt for the marinade.

Step 2- Apply the marinade all over the chicken quarters so they’re evenly coated.
If you have the time, cover the chicken with clingfilm and let it marinate for 1- 6 hours.

Step 3- Arrange the chicken legs in the air fryer in a single layer and air fry chicken quarters at 200C/400F for 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. If it doesn’t fit all the chicken at once, I advise you to cook them in batches.

Step 4 – Once the chicken leg quarters are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and rest them for 5 minutes.
When cooked, the skin will be crispy and browned, and the inside will be tender with no blood inside.
If you insert a probe/ instant thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken, it should read at least 75C/165F.
Step 5 – Serve and enjoy.

I recommend you cook chicken in an air fryer at a temperature of 190C/380F- 205C/410F. I like to cook chicken legs at 200C/400F. When cooked at this temperature, they come out crispy on the outer and inside juicy.
Check using visual cues and using a probe/instant thermometer to check the doneness. When cooked, the inside will be tender, with no blood, and the outer will be crispy and browned. Insert a thermometer at the thickest part of the chicken, if it reads 165F/75C and above, it’s cooked.
